Help! New to Tableau

So I got a project of migrating a excel based sheet to tableau in the form of dashboard. I am currently using tableau public for practice. So the sheet is very messy and in one tab for which i want to create the dashboard, it has 10 tables. The starting rows are blank and junk. And after that it contains table, blank row, again table. And some of the tables have same headers and some not but tables are different. I cant make any changes to the excel so i need to do this via tableau only. Plea...
